Logging out for the day...
No tumbling today, off to try and do most of what is on my ‘To Do List’ that I made at the start of the holiday two weeks ago. It seems I have only completed about an eighth of it. Uh oh.

This morning I got up reasonably early in order to try and get through the large amount of college work I have due in next week. Looking down the list, most of it is my product design coursework which I really need to get up to date with. A few weeks ago, it happened to dawn on me that I have lost a certain interest in the product I am designing and should be scheduled to start manufacturing in...

I AM NEVER BUYING AN E-BOOK.
Audio book = yes.
E-Book = not a chance in hell.
I am not going to have the luxury of sitting on my bed, with a new or an old book (I like the smell of both in fact) and indulging in some reading, taken away from me. In some ways, I guess you can compare this to email replacing letters and mp3 replacing vinyl. Will I one day have to search for a much loved book and pay 4 times the original...

Mistletoe and Wine.
So tomorrow is Christmas eve, I haven’t really achieved much this week and there is so much food in this house. I say I dislike Christmas, but that is...

GRIND
When you’re in the midst of a breakdown
remember that others with far more to lose
and much further to go
have been where you are
and emerged unscathed
by doing little more
than continuing forward
with their heads down
and their boots tightly laced.
Effort.
A funny thing really.

Sunday evenings.
The bane of my existence. In my household, Sunday evenings seem to be both the start and the end of the week. I always get so worn down that sleeping for 48 hours would not be enough, yet I an so fortunate as to be waking up at 7am the following day. I despise Sunday evenings more so than Monday mornings, as I have to wait for the morrow. I usually deal with these evenings in various ways:
I...
